Whether you can take Tadalafil at the same time as your other medications will depend on which medications you are taking.
You are required to complete a short medical consultation questionnaire that asks for any medications that you are prescribed from your GP and will indicate the medications that can’t be taken alongside Tadalafil.
There are several medicines which should not be taken concurrently with Tadalafil. Medicines which can have potentially serious interactions with Tadalafil include :-
• Any alpha-blocker medicines e.g. doxazosin (Cardura), alfuzosin (Xatral), tamsulosin, terazosin, or Flomax, that you can buy in the pharmacy. (These medicines may be used to treat prostate problems or high blood pressure).
• Isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate, or use a GTN spray or tablets
for chest pain or use Rectogesic ointment?
• Nicorandil (Ikorel), used to treat angina
• Cimetidine, used to treat stomach or duodenal (peptic) ulcers
• Theophylline, used to treat asthma
• Antibiotics:- Clarithromycin, Erythromycin and Telithromycin
• Anti-fungals such as itraconazole and ketoconazole
• Seizure medication:- carbamazepine, oxcarbazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin and primidone
• Heart or blood pressure medication:- disopyramide, amiodarone, quinidine and procainamide
• Anti-viral medication:- telaprevir, atazanavir, retonavir, indinavir, saquinavir and cobicistat
• Recreational drugs:- amyl nitrate (poppers)
If you are taking any prescribed medication from your GP then you can simply write those in the “Is there any other medical information that you think our doctor should know?” section on the medical questionnaire. Then, our doctor will know whether the Tadalafil is safe for you to take.
Read available consultation questionnaire information online for “Tadalafil 10mg vs 4mg”When you choose to buy Tadalafil 10mg or Tadalafil 4mg, you must always be prescribed Tadalafil. This medical questionnaire is used to ensure you are given the opportunity to be heard, the questionnaire asks for your medical history and the medicines that can’t’ be taken alongside these medications.
In many cases, the restrictions may have been even more stringent, for example, in the past we used an explanation of the questions, but the extensive questionnaire was designed to survey the medical professionals and patients alike. This is why doctors answer medical questionnaire information online, including being referred to a UK-registered GPh doctor for a free medical consultation.
Tadalafil 10mg and 4mg are both available as tablets in the following concentrations : 10mg and 12.8mg.
Tadalafil 12.8mg is more concentrated at 10mg; therefore we’re unable to use the 12.8mg dose on the NHS. Tadalafil 10mg contains 17.6mg/mg, so we’re unable to use the 17.6mg dose on the NHS.
Tadalafil 17.6mg contains 23.2mg/mg, which we’re unable to use on the NHS. Tadalafil 12.8mg contains 30mg/mg, so we’re unable to use the 30mg/30mg dose on the NHS.
Both Tadalafil 12.8mg and Tadalafil 17.6mg contain 17.

Before we explain how Tadalafil helps manage ED, we need to explain how erections occur naturally. When you become aroused, your body releases a substance called nitric oxide (NO). In turn, levels of a chemical known as cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) increase in your body, relaxing the muscles on the sides of your penis so blood can flow into the organ and trigger a stiff erection.
While all this is happening, your body also compresses the veins that take blood away from the penis, so that the blood remains in place and you can maintain that erection. Eventually, the PDE5 enzyme in your body gets to work, and it processes the cGMP. When that happens, your erection dissipates, and the penis becomes flaccid once again.
If you have ED, regardless of the underlying cause, this natural process is somehow interrupted. That makes it more difficult for you to get or maintain an erection that’s sufficient for intercourse. And that’s where Tadalafil, a PDE5 inhibitor, can help. By blocking this enzyme in your body, you’ll have an easier time getting an erection and holding on to it until sex is complete.
As we mentioned before, ED involves erection long after you’ve taken it.
At levels known as cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), your body naturally creates an automatic increase in levels of this family of substance PDE5 inhibitors. When that happens, you’ll get an erection that’s enough for sex.
Take Tadalafil as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the tablet. Swallow the tablet with food to prevent stomach upset. And if you are not taking Tadalafil effective for sex, you should avoid it because of potential interactions with other medications you’re taking.
If you take Tadalafil for ED, you should expect to get an and and and and and and and to feel sexual stimulation. That’s why it’s important that you understand this before taking it.
How Tadalafil Works for YouAs you can see from the image, Tadalafil helps maintain an erection when you become aroused. When that happens, your body compresses the veins that take blood away from your penis, and it gets to work. That’s where Tadalafil comes in. Tadalafil
Tadalafil blocks the action of a chemical called cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), whichvertising that you’ve taken Tadalafil could lead to an and and and and and.
Tadalafil works by blocking the action of cGMP. That’s important because that’s what makes it so effective at maintaining an erection when you become aroused. That’s why you should take Tadalafil because it’s working so well.
That’s because Tadalafil helps increase blood flow to the penis, and that’s what it helps to keep that erection when you become aroused.
As we mentioned, ED can be a result of an underlying medical condition, whether it is due to a blockage in the enzyme PDE5 or an underlying medical condition that may make it difficult to get an erection.

Tadalafil, commonly known as Cialis, is a popular medication for treating erectile dysfunction (ED). It works by increasing blood flow to the penis, aiding in achieving and maintaining an erection. It is also used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), a condition where the prostate gland enlarges and can cause urinary symptoms such as frequent urination.
In this article, we will explore everything you need to know about tadalafil, including its uses, side effects, dosage, and more.
Tadalafil, also known by its generic nameCialis, is a medication primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). It belongs to a class of drugs called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors.
Tadalafil works by inhibiting the enzyme PDE5, which is responsible for breaking down cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), a substance that relaxes the smooth muscle tissue in the penis. This relaxation allows increased blood flow to the penis, facilitating an erection when stimulated.

It's important to note that tadalafil does not cure ED; it only helps achieve and maintain an erection. It does not cure the underlying causes of ED, such as psychological factors, heart issues, or underlying health conditions.
In addition to its effects, tadalafil can also contribute to managing certain psychological conditions such as anxiety, depression, or relationship issues.
Tadalafil is available in various dosages, ranging from 10mg to 20mg. It's important to follow the recommended dosage and consult with a healthcare provider if you have any concerns or questions about its use.
The recommended starting dose of tadalafil is 10mg, taken once daily. It can be taken with or without food, but it should be taken at least 30 minutes before sexual activity.
It's also important to follow the recommended dosage and consult with a healthcare provider if you have any concerns or questions about its use.
To use tadalafil, it's recommended to take it at least 30 minutes before sexual activity. This can help maintain an erection when stimulated.
It's also important to note that tadalafil should not be taken more than once per day. Consuming a low dose of tadalafil may lead to a temporary decrease in blood pressure levels and potentially lead to serious side effects. Always consult with a healthcare professional for personalized guidance and precautions.
Common side effects of tadalafil may include headaches, facial flushing, and indigestion. These side effects are usually mild and temporary, but they can be more severe if you experience any serious side effects or if you have underlying medical conditions.
